Launching the new online platform: what you need to know

It’s almost time to launch the new online platform. Our national team is working hard behind the scenes to prepare for its big reveal.

Monday, April 27, 2020

TEMPORARY LOGIN LIMITATION
Login to your member area will be temporarily disabled on Tuesday, April 21 at 6:00 pm EST and will resume on Monday, April 27 at 9:00 am EST.

TEMPORARY WEBSITE DOWNTIME
echima.ca will be temporarily offline from Friday, April 24 at 6:00 pm EST until Monday, April 27 at 9:00 am EST.

FIRST TIME LOGIN PROCESS
When you login for the first time, there will be a simple 3-step process to validate your account.

Step 1: Reset your password
Step 2: Verify your account information and communication preferences
Step 3: Explore the new website and your member dashboard area

As with any launch, the first few weeks will require small adjustments to be made. In advance of our launch date, we appreciate your support and patience. Questions or comments can be sent to [email protected]. We will do our best to respond within 24–48 hours
