A provincial Stroke Scorecard is prepared annually, using data from the Discharge Abstract Database (DAD) and the National Rehabilitation System (NRS). This presentation will show how the data is compiled and used to inform program planning and improve stroke care in NL, along with data quality processes that ensure the data is optimal for clinical program use.
