The recertification process is designed for former CHIMA professional members who held a CTSS designation with the Canadian College of Health Information Management.

If you have been decertified for less than three years (< 3 years), please proceed by filling out this form and submitting payment.

Selecting the appropriate recertification type

  • Up to 1 year
    • Select this option if you have been decertified for up to one year
    • $125 recertification fee + $338.74 CHIMA professional membership + taxes
  • 1 to 2 years
    • Select this option if you have been decertified for 1 to 2 years
    • $200 recertification fee + $338.74 CHIMA professional membership + taxes
  • 2 to 3 years
    • Select this option if you have been decertified for 2 to 3 years
    • $275 recertification fee + $338.74 CHIMA professional membership + taxes
