Were you a certified professional member in the past?

You might be eligible for recertification with the Canadian College of Health Information Management. For those who have let their professional membership lapse for less than three (3) years you can apply for recertification. If it’s been over three years, you would be required to apply for recertification and re-write the applicable national certification examination.
