The BCYT chapter is pleased to present a new education session on wellness and wellbeing, available in the professional development area of the learning centre and worth 0.5 CPE credits.

Taking care of your mental health is important at every stage of your life, and a sense of wellness and wellbeing can help create balance. This education session, which is facilitated by educator Mike Pickles, will help you learn about using the wellness wheel as a strategy to achieve a life of wellness. You’ll also learn specific techniques to maximize each spoke of that wheel, with short activities you can complete at home or work to assess your state of wellness and move closer to a state of wellbeing.
