ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP CERTFICIATE: Long-term success in any modern organization comes from developing managers who can successfully plan and organize work and provide effective leadership. This online certificate program will elevate you from a follower to a leader.

You will gain the valuable insights and skills needed to lead teams to success. You will also use experiential learning to help you question your fundamental assumptions, beliefs, and values regarding leading or managing people. This training will focus on practical aspects of working with individuals and teams to obtain their maximum commitment to organizational and personal goals.

Complete any five of the following courses to achieve the Leadership Certificate (courses may be taken in any order, but we highly recommend taking Understanding Human Behaviour first).

NOTE: Each course is offered individually, or as part of the Leadership Certificate. Participants receive a certificate for each individual course they successfully complete, and then a further professional education certificate upon successful completion of the entire Leadership program.”
