Let’s Talk Informatics: A presentation on February 25

Nova Scotia Health is pleased to host the next installment of the Let’s Talk Informatics series on February 25, 2021. The session will focus on health technology safety—issues, considerations, and methods.

About the speaker
Elizabeth Borycki is a professor at the School of Health Information Science and director of the Global Laboratory for Digital Health Innovation at the University of Victoria. She has worked in varying health technology and clinical roles in the public and private sectors, and published over 200 articles, 40 book chapters, and 10 edited books in the area of health technology. She was also voted one of the Top 10 Women in Digital Health by Digital Health Canada (2018) and the Top 100 Health Sciences Informatics Professionals globally by the International Medical Informatics Association (2017).
