0057 Mentorship — Do You Have What it Takes?

In any career, mentorship can be a valuable and rewarding component to your success. This is true for the mentor and the mentee. This education session outlines many aspects of mentorship and helps guide you to using it to enhance your career.

In this education session you will learn many valuable lessons from someone who has used mentorship extensively throughout her career. You will learn about mentorship, as well as the roles and skills of the mentor and mentee. You’ll learn about different modes of listening and why some mentorship situations succeed, while others fail. If you want to learn how to be an active listener and improve your ability to share your knowledge, this session will help you achieve that outcome.
