Submit your recipient for CHIMA’s Future of Health Information award.

Recipients will receive a prize package including $250, a one-year subscription to CHIMA’s Annual Team Learning Subscription, and recognition across CHIMA’s communication channels.

Accredited health information programs have the opportunity to submit one student per year.

Recipients must hold an active CHIMA Student Membership at the time of the submission and be enrolled in an accredited health information program.
