Full refunds are available 30 days before. After there is a 50% cancellation fee to cover food costs, free transferable ticket. 

Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated after September 18, 2025.

Tickets are transferrable up to 7 days before the conference, however dietary restrictions may not be accommodated.

RCMI Dress Code:

Business Casual attire (i.e. jacket and tie not required) is permitted throughout the Institute during the day and evening, except when attending a function for which Business or Formal attire is specified. Clean, dressy jeans are acceptable under Business Casual attire. NOT PERMITTED are worn, torn or soiled jeans, sweatshirts/suits, athletic shoes, hats, shorts, casual beach sandals nor apparel with bold slogans or commercial messages.
