1. Responsibilities of health professionals as custodians or employees of custodians under the Personal Health Information Act
2. The changing threat environment in health care, including cyberattacks
3. The potential for maximizing privacy as control by increasing access of the individual to their own health care, and maximizing in a privacy-centric fashion, the legal sharing of personal health information for the public good to authorized users.
