As the manager of the Information Quality Department at the Canadian Institute for Health Information, Tobi Henderson is responsible for leading enterprise data and information quality activities. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of CIHI’s Information Quality Framework, which provides a structure for information quality management processes, practices and tools. Tobi has been with CIHI for 15 years and has 20 years of experience managing data. She holds a bachelor of engineering from McGill University.
