She holds the credentials of Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified Health Data Analyst, Certified Coding Specialist, and Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist in addition to a bachelor in health information administration from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s in business administration from Saint Leo University. Erin is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
