Description of Job:

The Executive Coordinator, Information Flow & Strategic Decision Making, works alongside the Senior Executive Team to manage and coordinate executive-level functions including communication of ideas and follow-up on any escalating risks, as appropriate. The Executive Coordinator will liaise with other departments to ensure alignment with risk and issue management.

 Job Duties: 

  • Prepare communications, briefings, presentations and reports 
  • Perform external and internal research and analysis across a broad spectrum of specialties
  • Manage communications by responding to requests, gathering additional information, triaging and referring to senior leadership to ensure requests are addressed in a strategic, timely, and coordinated manner
  • Manage special projects as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Program Management is an asset
  • CHIM certification is an asset
