Tools and Resources for Leaders at All Levels -Leaders will become familiar with the Respect & Civility@Work resources and tools by actively applying them to case studies and scenarios that range from minor incidents to more serious situations involving harassment and bullying. Participants will gain the confidence to take action; and learn the skills to approach these situations effectively.
