0357 PerinatalNB- The antenatal Record

This session will provide an overview of Perinatal NB, including who they are, what they do, the history, and how it all started. An introduction of the Perinatal NB form, showing images of each page and providing a brief description of the data collected: medical history, medications, and allergies, demographics, lifestyle, and substance use; lab results, screening, and vaccinations; and risk factors, management, and pregnancy visits, along with a link to the form. Diving deeper into complex or often misunderstood fields, such as pre-conceptual folic acid, medications, and substance use, while skipping over straightforward fields like demographics. Additionally, referencing the completion guide, explain its purpose, and share the link with attendees.
