While technological advances have dramatically changed health care delivery and administration, basic HIM skillsets like naming clinical forms remain critically important. Correctly and consistently naming clinical forms ensures that they are easy to locate and supports both the documentation and administrative needs of health-care organizations. This PPB looks at why naming is still relevant in an electronic environment and explores how HIM professionals can support and provide leadership in this process.
