#ARC2000-10-21-Obstetrical Coding – Moving Beyond the Basics (CLSS) This course addresses some of the more complex and challenging areas of obstetrical coding using ICD-10-CA and CCI. Each module includes relevant clinical information, applicable coding standards and ICD-10-CA and CCI codes. This combination clearly links the clinical picture, the coding standards and the rules and conventions within the classifications for obstetrical coding. At the end of each module, participants have the opportunity to apply the information presented in the module to case studies. A summary of the correct codes with pertinent explanations, rationale and references will complete the picture for each of the case studies.
