The CHIMA & Canadian College of Health Information Management Annual General Meeting (AGM) package is now available. This package includes the agenda, previous AGM minutes from June 11, 2020, and the 2020-2021 Accountability Report.

Voting

Active professional and retired members in good standing will vote on the proceedings of the meeting. According to CHIMA Bylaws, Article IX Section 6, there shall be no proxy voting at any meeting of the Association. Non-voting members (students and affiliates) along with the general public are welcome to listen in.

This year’s AGM will be in listen-only mode and voting will occur through online polls.

Questions

Throughout the AGM, attendees are welcome to submit questions via the GoToWebinar questions pane. Questions will be prioritized and answered during agenda item 4.1 question and answer period.

Participants are encouraged to submit their questions ahead of time during the registration process.
