This session will unpack data literacy and how we can plan for a better health care system with data-driven decisions. Siuwin will expound on the concept of asking questions with data. A mini-Excel template will be available to assist you with learning and understanding concepts for qualitative vs. quantitative data.

Siuwin’s expertise is helping health care organizations to realize the full potential of their datasets to reduce costs, and improve efficiency and patient outcomes. In addition to analytics strategies, Siuwin helps organizations to develop analytics frameworks with a balanced scorecard approach linking strategies to actions with the use of data to inform evidence-based decision making.
