Welcome to the CHIMA Clinical Documentation Improvement Community!

We will begin this meeting with a land acknowledgment and welcome. Then provide a re-cap from our last meeting. 

CHIMA’s career matrix is utilized by hiring managers across the country and during this meeting we will start the work of developing common models and language for CDI-related roles in this matrix. This session will be interactive, and we’ll be looking for participants to bring forward current job titles they know of along with brainstorming new or upcoming roles. We will be asking for volunteers to form a working group to update this matrix.

This session will be recorded for note-taking purposes but will not be distributed externally.
