Dr. Matthew Clarke, Chief Medical Information Officer for Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health
will share his experience with launching a Clinical Information System (CIS) at the North East Local
Health Integration Network in North Bay, Ontario.

He will review what went well and some unexpected challenges and how they were successfully
navigated.  He will also provide an overview of the implementation approach in relation to
literature on successful CIS launches.
