2022 Annual General Meeting

The Canadian Health Information Management Association and Canadian College of Health Information Management (together, the Organization) invite you to attend its annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, from 1:00–2:00 pm ET. The Organization’s board of directors is looking forward to the AGM and the opportunity to engage with members from coast to coast to coast.
The meeting will include a year in review, details for the upcoming fiscal year, and a town hall question and answer period. In addition, the AGM package for the fiscal year 2021–2022 for registrants is available below.

Voting
Active professional and retired members in good standing will vote on the proceedings of the meeting. According to CHIMA Bylaws, Article IX Section 6, there shall be no proxy voting at any meeting of the Association. Non-voting members (students and affiliates) along with the general public are welcome to listen in.
This year’s AGM will be in listen-only mode and voting will occur through online polls.
Questions
Throughout the AGM, attendees are welcome to submit questions via the Zoom questions pane. Questions will be prioritized and answered during agenda item 4.1 question and answer period.
Participants are encouraged to submit their questions ahead of time during the registration process.
Members may request a copy of the confidential audited financials. A request can be submitted through the contact form on the website.
